[OPFAC] Donator perks not given after reset

Hey, My name is xx_vuduclass_xx, And i noticed that when i joined after reset that i didnt get my 8k mcmmo i only got 4k with the keys from my kits, i dont think i got my money either, im a donator+ rank can anyone please help me?
