Hit Delay / Hit Reg

Past 3ish years in my Pika network bedwars experience i've been experiencing alot alot of hit delay. Tried clicking above 15 doesnt help. I dont know what is it my ping is 55 average i lose vs an player who clicks 20 with perfect hitreg and higher ping?
