I can't see my skin for some reason

Recently I found out that my skin and cape just doesn't seem to load for me only in the server, other people can see it but doesn't load for me. I'm using Lunar Client. Everytime I change skin it loads on Jartex but not on Pika any fix for this or just a one sided issue
