The underlined bit, "You must wait 5 seconds for re-use this". I think it should be "You must wait 5 seconds to re-use this or before you can re-use this". Next time please look more carefully before asking because there is only 1 bit in chat, so its easy to see the bit underlined. Anyway thats...
