Hit Registration understanding

The thing I don't understand is I got like 300 ping and I click around 14 to 18 cps butterfly. My hits don't register as much as I would prefer. I use Silent client. I would understand if this was a ping issue, but I've seen people with Titan, Elite and VIP rank without this problem. I am pretty...
