    it bets it is because the legend rank overwrites ur VIP rank making it the top rank u had. Since fly comes with legend rank, the perm fly that u had previously became a perk with the rank. As legend disappear, the perks that come along with the rank goes too

    i do know that now negotiation is rare. But land buying still occurs in fac because unlike opfac, it is hard to gain a massive amount of money in normal fac. And in opfac players can easily gain millions to billions of money. Land buying does occur but its the amount that matters.

    like I said it was this was experience from normal fac. Most people would steal land is for profit. So negotiation is still possible. Or else what's the purpose of these players claiming the land.
