Hello, it seemed like you got banned by console, you could appeal since sometimes console flags falsely. Although now your ban has expired -

If you're banned from the discord, and try to join from the same account itself, it won't work. If your ban is temporary then wait it out, If it's permanent then you can't join. If you feel like your punishment is false you can create an appeal -

You don't need to check your email for that. You can just open https://pika-network.net/forums/player-reports.150/, if you don't see your report, It's in one of the sub-forums, ie: Accepted/Denied. -

How else would you expect to get a person banned from the server. Video evidence is always necessary when reporting cheaters on the forums. There's no other way. You can use /report, or contact a staff member who's online at the moment, but I don't see what's wrong in this process, as it's the... -

If you appealed, and the appeal got denied, then your mute was valid. Staff don't give second chances for punishments.
