Bedwars Black Screen

Ok so, I dont know what it is but every time i die in a bedwars game a respawn button and main menu button appear for a second and then they dissapier and its just black screen for more then 10 seconds. And every time someone kills me while im on the black screen. I dont know is it to my pc or...
