    I think the OP is trying to report the two players for *Cross Teaming* and not for Illegal modifications or something. The evidence shows two players from different teams rushing on the OP together. The thread is also named "Teamers" indicating the broken rule.

    You may report the rule breakers here However, the evidence you have provided in this thread is not enough. You will need video evidence of them teaming in order to get them punished.
