what affect spawner spawn rate?
its called a mob cap basically if you already have alot of mobs nearby the spawner will spawn less mobs(to keep the server from lagging). also nothing will spawn if it is not loaded by a player(such as you) -
Ely.by skins are not showing
the server doesn't support any skin system except for the default premium minecraft one, so if it's not working call ely.by support instead of posting randoms here -
