My creeper spawner didnt spawn creepers i got villager spawner next to creeper and villagers are spawning also my zombie spawner next to creeper and villager also doesnt spawn

Why ppl got muted. Nobody spammed/swore/insulted(anyone) in chat and we got mute. I WASN'T EVEN TYPING IN CHAT AND I GOT MUTED FOR 7 DAYS
