Removal of tridents from pvp

hi there fellas. I am a active player of pika survival and from a bit people have started using this weird trident thing in pvp. With tridents having riptide 3 people can just fly around by setting there weather to rain. This makes tagging someone impossible as they are just flying around pvp...
