    I think faction reset is coming on 5-6 days because payouts just finished and I think after payout 1 week later season usually reset (if it is not be Delayed otherwise there is No Fixed ETA)

    before reporting get your evidence in imgur or lightshot or youtube they wont accept those evidence which is from other plateforms especially google drive. Google Drive evidence can only be accept by Devlopers in only bug reports.
