In-Game Rank Purchase Not Working

I bought the rank using in-game money, not real money, so I do not have a transaction ID. The money was taken from my balance, but I did not receive the rank.

In-Game Rank Purchase Not Working

When I try to buy the Guardian rank, the money is taken from my balance, but the rank does not appear and I do not receive it. My in-game nickname is DGLFTW.
