Lost my sword
This is the first time I am hearing something like this. Maybe you dropped your sword and it got cleared, or perhaps you have placed it in /pv?? Try to double check /pv or chests. However, if this happens again or it happens to someone else too, it could be some weird bug (report)- Ez_Angel

Sometimes it takes a few minutes until items are received in game. And for proof of purchase, you should have received an email with "checkout" from Pika containing: transaction ID and products. You can open a ticket on payment support -
Unban appeal
@shashank_noob for cross-team on bedwars, you need a recorded video of them teaming. Text that says "amazing team green and blue" is not enough evidence. If you have video proof of them cross-teaming, report them. -> Report And if you think your ban is false, appeal it HERE
