Hello Grandad Sorry to say but it's your mistake as you are banned for flight. This is not the server's fault. The ban is fair and the last thing you can do is appeal for the ban. The chance of getting unbanned is very little.- arham19

Make sure to set you faction claim as base claim by using the /f setbase command or the spawners won't spawn any mobs.- arham19
