Being subscribed to a channel can make the algorithm recommend videos to you more, but the subs are NOT the first people to see it. If you watch a vide/like/comment/sub, you are much MORE likely to get recommended that video but it's not just subs.- Unawarely

Most people who watch your videos aren't subscribed, so that doens't matter lol. Atleast for everyone I've talked to, most youtubers, etc, most of them have 20-50% of their viewers subscribed, meaning that it's very possible to get 1/2 your sub count in views- Unawarely
