For now, one thing you can do is use a VPN. You can do so by creating an appeal HERE and choosing the VPN Blockage option.

One more solution to this is using ExitLag, but I won't suggest this, since it is paid and it might not even solve the issue.
That's all you can do for now, if nothing works, there's no other solution and you have to wait till this gets solved.
