Hey pika staff my password reset request has been under review for 2 days now and no response yet. Since it is an account compromise, he has access to my pika gold aswell as one time rank features which are essential for a head start in the season. Please do reset my password as early as possible since I'm not able to access pika entirely let alone survival gamemode.

Sorry to hear that you're account has been compromised however there's nothing you can do other than wait. Password reset requests tend to take a lot of time so just be patient. I believe you can also make a payement ticket here after you get the account back incase your gold has disappeared.
