We have plenty of good staff. Those who resigned were free to do so and those who were demoted were removed from the team for a good reason. I personally saw 3100 concurrent players recently. We're at above 2800 at the time of writing this. All in all, you really don't have to be worried.

And idk where is it written on rules negative behavior is blacklist ??

You don't just get blacklisted for displaying negative behaviour once. Blacklists are done carefully for very good reasons, that lead to management not wanting this player to remain on our network. Furthermore, there are 'rules' (more like cases) we don't list on the rule page, that can also lead to blacklists, which all are covered under common sense.
