I dont personally think hes going to be manager soon, i mean if arrly resigned in 3-5 years and tthm is still there i think tthm will be the next manager in my opinion.

I can't possibly imagine any current staff member being the next Manager due to the time gap. They would have to be staff for 5+ years (or longer depending on how long I decide to stay). It is far more likely that someone who is not even staff now will be the next Manager, just like I wasn't staff shortly after Frank became the Manager.

Thats what i mean, xDeleted just went on admin, tthm and marcify has been for way longer than that, so i personally think that if you resign in 3-5 years and tthm is still there tthm will be manager.
