How do you even know that? He might have been busy at the time you saw him not answer someone. You would have to be on the server for a very long time, and you would need to ask him a lot of questions to conclude that he is always AFK. Don't come up with conclusions that have no base.

if i have had 10 questions over the period of 3 days and i say hello and then ask each time an i have gotter 0 responses, the rates are 0%
