We lost touch years ago, and I don't have any contact info from him. I do have an email when I made the account in 2014 when pika-network was still pikacraft.eu and was owned by a guy named boris

Sadly, if you lost your rank only the transaction receipt proof is the only way for you to get the rank back.

My problem is logging in on my account is disabled to protect my account because I'm an old player with a rank not the rank itself.

Then that means you don't need to go to the Payment Issue, go to the Ban Appeal instead. I think they will just check your IP if it matched to the registered IP if I was not wrong.

I was forwarded to payment issue and my IP wont be the same anyway because I moved a lot since I last played and also moved to another country.
