The state of Pika.

As we can see, Pika is getting hacked, its really laggy, and there to many hackers playing.

I really hope something happends to spark Pika into become "Great Again".

I really don't want to say it.. but Pika isn't doing very well. I remember when Pika had over 2k players. Then, the player count has slowly was becoming smaller, and smaller.

I do thing Annihalation will do well with Pika, but not now. All the servers are way too laggy. You need to fix the problems first.

Many of the staff know me. Some do not.

But thank you for reading.

This is just a little thing for The Owner, and Head Admins.

*If you would like my help "making Pika great again" I will help. I will promise you, It will get better with my strategic planning and wisdom. You do not have to pay me. But I would really like to change Pika, for the good, and set it in the right direction. If you want to hear a little of my strategy, I can tell (Staff).

I dont get the first part.... pika is already back in there nature habitat.

Second staff is working on a few servers:

Thav01 survival
Boomclaw survivalgames
DutchminerHD removing lagg

For the rest i dont know

I would ask that you stop Saying "Great Again" like your Donald Trumps son but thats not why i'm posting...
See what i left in there? Your section about Annihilation? If i'm correct you've posted something before asking for that to be a GM on Pika and it was denied or never replied to... Annihilation has been denied many times before and probably will still be denied... As much as i would like to come here one day and not see this server online anymore, Staff have other things to deal with than make new Gamemodes...

Guys, I'm trying to make an effort to speed up the servers, so we can expand with no lag.. I really don't care if I get an In-Game Staff rank or Forum rank... I just want to try to help as much as I can

I hope you know you wont be the boss if you get accepted, only Admins+ have some great influence on the decisions made about how Pika works and to get admin you need 6 months+ being helper. Dont think that if you get accepted,your "strategic plan" will be put into action and everyone will listen to you. Also you appear once every three months online to apply for staff, something that I hate. Between your last application that got denied 3 months ago and now you werent active at all, you just appear 2 days before you apply and saying that you can "make Pika great again" which i doubt.

If you get accepted, then the Pika staff standards have fallen

The truth might be harsh but this is my opinion.

@Jennifer3D's application got denied, then she went inactive for 3 months, she wasn't even online for 1 day. Weird enough she still got accepted.

i really don't want to say it.. but this boat isn't doing very well. i remember this boat didn't have a hole in it, then the boat drifted closer and closer to the sharp rock in the ground.

i do think repairing the hole would be good, but not now. half the boat is submerged in water. you need to get it out of the water first.

Welp, I tried. I love how little respect a lot of new players have for someone that has played WAY Longer than them. My plan would have worked (Like Trumps). I just hope the server does well. It's funny how everyone makes assumptions on me people even before hearing my plan and knowing my background info. Alsoo, I remember when Thav was just promoted to a Helper! It was the day him and I were catching a hacker :). I just hope everyone does well.
