when i try to join the server it tells me im banned but im not i mean i never cheated and also check at punishments im not baneed what is the problem why i cant join?
 
maybe you are banned on same ip on different account, I am not being negative but it does seem like you cheated on an alt -_-
 
now im banned actually but i didnt cheated why would i use autoo clicker at spawn of survival?

There are a few ways you can try to get this resolved:

  • Submit an appeal here (Highly recommended).
  • Direct message the staff member who banned you if you know who it was (I have done this before). Note: If you were banned by the console, ignore this method.
  • Message active staff: You can send a direct message to a staff member who is online right now (you can see the active staff list on the home page).
