If you have made the password reset request today or yesterday then you should be patience about it and wait a week or two as it will take some time and you should check your accepted/denied appeal section to check if its accepted or not as sometime the message doesnt appear in the notification section so you will have to check it manually.

Before making a password reset request, you should try the following commands in-game:
- /changepassword oldPassword newPassword newPassword - Change your password if you are still able to log in.
- /resetpassword - Change your password if you have linked your email.
- Make sure the account being requested for a password reset was registered by you on the server.
- Make sure you have read the above information and that you meet the requirements.
- Create a password reset request HERE and fill out the details.
- After you have created the request, be patient and wait for a response. Please do not ask staff members to view your request
- Try this.
