whenever i ask for a password reset they take a very long time. It always says it's scanned but it takes many days

passsword reset is really important to not mess up if the staff members make a mistake it can cost another player their account

This is why they usually take time so please be patient and as mentioned by other people there is no ETA

The staff may take time ; though this is to make sure that they won't make any mistakes during the password resetting phase, as one mistake could cost another player's account /information.
