wrong mute

i asked arshad if he can tp me to the redstone mine and he hasnt responed so i sent again and then he muted me for the picture i have atatched but we should see that he is a staff member that should help others and sure not ghosting but he didnt only ghost but he also muted me bc of his ghosting

1st of all, he isn’t the staff who works for everyone’s needs. If you want to go somewhere, you have to go yourself. He isn’t responsible or required to do that, and it isn’t part of his work. He can only guide players to forum , check lobbies for bug abuse, or maintain server stability.

2nd, you spammed him with texts, which he respectfully reported. That’s why you got muted.
