If i have X-Mouse Button Control installed for personal work but never use on pika and a mod screen shares me will it result in a ban? I am asking this just to be safe.

but anyway if you dont run the program at that same day then ur fine, but if you open it(even if it wasnt for pika) you will get punished.
so if you use x-mouse button make sure to restart your PC before joining the server.

please stop pinging staff, it's not appreciated and you'll appear as impatient which isn't really appreciated by staff.
Also to answer your question: if it isn't "simulated keystrokes" and instead just remapping (like mouse4 -> delete) you're probably safe during a screenshare, just avoid remapping it into gameplay keys like left click or spacebar.
Just to be safe, make sure that the remaps are specifically active for whatever app you use for work and NOT default remaps
It's still best if you don't use XMBC though

You should create a support-ticket to seek direct assistance from the staff members, especially for matters regarding disallowed modifications & application
However to answer your question, usually during a screenshare session, if a cheat is found, the very first step for a screenshare is to verify whether it was used on the server or not through checking the time logs of when the cheat/application was run and when you joined/left the server
I'd still recommend taking server-staff comments on this for confirmation.

the pika network screensharing system was already feeling helplesd but now thatX-Mouse Button Control is completely disallowed on the network. Even if you only use it for other purposes and don't have it running while playing, just having it installed on your PC can land you a ban during a screenshare.
To be completely safe and avoid any false punishments, you should not have this program on your computer at all. You can check out our official allowed/disallowed modifications list on the forums for more details.

Having X-Mouse Button Control installed is generally allowed as long as you are not using any macros, automation or custom button mappings that give an unfair advantage on our server. Simply having the software installed for personal use or executing it on boot should not be an issue as long as it is not being used to automate actions or otherwise violate the server's rules. However, it is use at your own risk. If we do find macros configured that affect gameplay you may be punished.
