Spring armor not working

My Spring Armorset stopped working. It was working a few hours ago but then I logged in on some bad wifi and the armorset didn't load in cause of resource pack problems. I got back on better wifi and it loaded in but the armor effects are all gone. I tried taking it off and reloading but it's not working. Anyone know how to fix this? I submitted a bug report but figured I'd also post here to see if anyone knows how to resolve this.

Okay nvm so someone told me every custom texture set's bugged right now. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
 
My armor potion effects and extra hearts are back but my armor bars aren't full. Could've sworn they were meant to be full armor before the bug.
 
Something's definitely wrong with my armor. It only has as many armor bars as iron compared to working armor on /ah.

This is not the right place to report a bug please head to the right forum, in addition as you can see by the armor points that the pieces give that's how much your armor will be and there is no way to change that
