Whether your internet is 5G or not doesn't really matter, if you live far from the server host (in France), you will likely get high ping.
Report hackers HERE with valid evidence.
Staff members have a lot more responsibilities than just punishing rule breakers. Another important note is that it is not possible for staff members to switch from something to something else. As I mentioned in the previous point, please report rule breakers HERE, and it will be handled smoothly rather than just messaging staff members. I have experience with this myself as well, and that is from where this point of mine comes from.
