Claiming FTop 3 Rewards

Hello,

I’d like some clarification regarding the FTop 3 rewards.

My faction finished in the Top 3, and I want to make sure I understand the claiming process:

Where can the rewards be claimed? (NPC, command, or automatically distributed)
When are the rewards usually given after the season ends?
Also, does iron carry over to the next season?

I’d appreciate any information so I don’t miss out on claiming them.

The prize of Iron will be directly assigned to the account of the leader of that faction.

The payout process may take up to a few days. In case you still have not receive the rewards, feel free to submit a support ticket for it.
