Do I lose everything in a reset

Apart from permanent donator ranks, yes you lose everything including playervaults, builds, claims, shops, farms, and so on. Currencies are also reset to their default starting amount.

What about the tags that we obtained/purchased from store/gold?

All the tags / cosmetics are permanent.

As Maanas_ already said, yeah it’ll be permanent. Generally anything you purchase from gold shop or through the store will stay excluding items from crates.
