Ban people on fourms.

Can anyone tell if anyone is banned on fourms they can't access anything in the forums except appeals.
 
I think they have access of every single private threads such as support tickets and playing reports.
 
I tried deleting my old account but I can't find a button to remove it, neither can a such account that has no permissions change their username.
I might need some help here too.

Here's a list of what a no-permission account can NOT do:
  • Post threads
  • Reply to threads
  • React to threads
  • Vote on suggestions
  • Change nickname / E-Mail / Birth date
  • other irrelevant stuff...
Additionally, I have not found a way to delete my account.

Make a ticket if you want to delete your forums account.
