I think they have access of every single private threads such as support tickets and playing reports.

No they can access and even read what is written but there unfortunately they can't add their reply on those threads.

I tried deleting my old account but I can't find a button to remove it, neither can a such account that has no permissions change their username.
I might need some help here too.
