only top 3 best sugs get gold?

It's fair because it promotes people to try to come up with suggestions that are very good instead of just spamming little suggestions to try to get a bit of gold.

One more point is that sometimes people make bug report instead of suggestions as bug reports mostly get 35 gold but suggestions get atleast 50 gold so people making suggestions instead of bug reports.
