How do i host a giveaway getting banned?

I want to do a giveaway in pika lifesteal i want to giveaway mace and some stuff but like i would tell people to join the giveaway by following on tik tok and like commenting ign in comments like how do i do that without getting banned?

You can't really promote any social media account which doesn't post Pika-Network content.
