PROBLEM WITH SUGGESTIONS

My point is they are unable to keep up with the workload , in some modes like bedwars there have constant bugs that have been there for the past 6 months. Bug reports are often left scanned for Months at a time. So clearly they have to expand their workforce or implement a strategy that will be able to tackle these problems, because us as the bedwars community we fell neglected .Suggestions 80% are declined and staff feedback not alone on forum suggestions but more over in player reports.

their priority is ofc the pay2win gamemodes for obvious reasons

Bug reports are only seen when the reset or new ssn is so close of the particular gamemode

So practically your saying Bug reports for Practice , Bedwars, Frosty Towers and etc (Modes without resets) are not frequently checked or attended to?

Ye you are write but I would say that Frosty Pillars bug reports when the winner would be announced and about bedwars and practice bugs idk what they do with them

whats the use of fixing bugs in frosty towers after the winners are choosen and the event is over? for whon to play?
