Add Next/Prev PV buttons in OPLS.
Detailed description:
Hey So , Add Next PV (Private Vault) and Previous PV navigation buttons to the OPLS Private Vault (PV) interface.
These buttons would let players move between their private vaults directly from the GUI for example, switching from PV1 → PV2 → PV3 — without having to close the menu and type new commands each time.
The navigation could appear as arrow items (e.g., “Next Vault →” and “← Previous Vault”) inside the vault GUI, similar to how it’s implemented in SkyMines.
