Player reports are necessary for keeping the server fair for everyone. This guide will help you understand how to make a clear and effective player report.

► Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
  • Where can I submit a player report
You can submit a player report either directly in-game using the /report command or by creating a player report here, which is the recommended method.

  • Can I report players for things that happened a long time ago?
Evidence older than 7 days is deemed invalid.

  • When will my report be reviewed?
Reports typically get reviewed within a few hours, but may take several days if the case is serious.

  • Can I report multiple players in the same report?
Yes, you can report more than one player in a single report.
► Report Guidelines:
To help staff review your reports efficiently and fairly, please keep the following in mind:
  • Provide clear, unedited evidence such as screenshots or videos that clearly show the incident.

  • If you’re unsure whether something breaks the rules, make sure to read the server’s official rules or ask staff before reporting.

  • Be patient and avoid repeatedly contacting staff to check on your report status.

  • Avoid submitting duplicate reports for the same situation

► How to Submit Evidence
Here’s how to upload your proof so it’s valid and easy for staff to check.
  • Screenshots: Use a tool like Lightshot or just take an in-game screenshot, then upload it to a trusted site like Imgur or similar.

  • Videos: Use OBS or any screen recorder you like. Then upload the video to YouTube or another trusted site. (Don't use sites that delete your videos later, like Streamable.)
► Evidence Guide
How to submit the right proof for your report:

Rules brokenRequired Evidence typeDetails
CheatingVideoShould clearly display the use of illegal modifications. Just walking backward or recording in F5 isn’t enough.
Chat offenseScreenshotA full screenshot showing the complete message and username.
Nicked player offenseScreenshotMust include /realname (player) within the same screenshot
Teaming/Cross-teamingVideoShow players teaming in a solo mode (This rule does not apply to any sort of private games)
Exploiting Bugs/GlitchesVideoClear footage of glitch or bug use
Inappropriate skins/usernameScreenshotShow skin or username clearly within the screenshot

If you suspect someone is using an autoclicker, do not create a player report. Instead, ask a staff member with the “SS Verified” or “SS Manager” role on Discord to screenshare them.

► Common report denial reasons
These are the most frequent reasons reports get denied.
  • Too light: The reported offense is very minor or not serious enough to take action.

  • Insufficient evidence: Lack of evidence or scoreboard wasn’t shown.

  • Invalid evidence: The evidence is edited, unclear, or doesn’t show the rule being broken.

  • Already punished: The reported player was already punished. (You can check if the player was already punished HERE)
► Report Status Prefixes Explained

PrefixMeaning
PendingNot yet been reviewed.
ScannedIs under review
AcceptedShows that your report has been accepted
DeniedShows that your report has been denied
DuplicatedIndicates that the player has already been punished.

Very great guide, however there is one comment I would like to add. If you suspect a player of autoclicking, and you have valid evidence of that fact, making a report is optimal as well and there is no need to contact SS verified staff for them to be screenshared.

Autoclickers need to get SS'ed before getting punished even if it's clear so, reporting an autocliker will get the report instantly denied

Ah I see, so reporting a player with the intent of getting them screenshared for autoclicking and such needs to be done through messaging an SS verified staff member?

Thanks, now i can report players

Anyways jokes aside, Add `Invalid Evidence` to the Common denial reasons because Insufficient Evidence is used for videos while Invalid Evidence is used for chat related offences.
