Detailed description:
Many players in Oplifesteal do ./cf to make more money and some even try to abuse it as well by doing ./hub mid cf or ./afk.
Introducing taxes just like previous seasons of lifesteal adding back the taxes on coin flips would deduct 10% from the player's winnings, this will allow the exploiters to not abuse that much while doing the CF as there will be taxes deducted from their winnings

The reason for the above suggestion is to reduce the amount of players who try to exploit using ./afk, ./hub, etc.
