Disabling coinflip message in /settings
Detailed description:
When opening /settings there are features such as Disable vote announcement, Disable player levelling.
A new setting should be added by the name "Disable coinflip announcements"
This would disable all coinflip messages from showing in chat.
This could be added to all gamemodes with the coinflip feature

In OpLifesteal specifically the chat is always constantly flooded with coinflips as you can see here :
