My guardian coupon did not work

The guardian coupon I bought from Lapis Island for 64 blocks in the Sky Miners game did not work, please help and provide it.

It's a bug, my friend @Krxsh18 also bought ssnl guardian from lapis but didn't work but he was recording so he complaint about it and he got permanent guardian rank
