Suggestion:
Change on the new chat repeating rule

Detailed description:
Currently, the repeating chat messages rule does not make sense... People who want to spam add 1 letter each time.
But for people like me saying "gg" after every practice match or bedwars game, it's just annoying.

So it would be a solution to make the filter like this: Repeating the same message in less than 30 seconds, gets filtered.

Means:
People who write the same message after 30+ seconds to maybe advertise /ah will not get filtered. Same for writing "gg" after 30+ seconds.

Reason(s):
This would make saying "gg" less complicated and the actual spamming filter is there for filtering soam messages, those who are written in less than 10 seconds multiple times.

Example(s):
30 second timer is an example...

Yeah spammers can still spam even by adding a full stop and removing it next time. Like he said a cooldown will be better than thia

It shouldn't be applied to private chats, because spamming is allowed there.

+1 I definitely agree with this suggestion because this would solve basically all spamming issues while also allowing players who just say "good game" (In Bedwars, Practice, etc.) to keep saying it after each game.
