What should I do if I forgot my in-game password?
Forgetting your password could be easy, therefore, we have made sure to cover that frequent issue. If you ever happen to forget your password you may submit a Password Reset Form at any time. You must fill the blanks with the proper information. Please keep in mind that your information is safe with us, and isn't being/wont be shared to any third party services.
I have an issue with a recent purchase. Who should I contact?
If you were to face an issue with a recent purchase, you may submit a Payment Issue form in order for your purchase on the Network to be reviewed.
Where can I apply to be a part of the Staff Team?
If you are interested in becoming a part of the Staff Team, you are welcome to apply by submitting a Trial Application. Beware of the requirements you must meet before applying, and ensure you follow the rules stablished for the Network.
I found a player breaking the rules. Where can I report them?
If you happen to encounter a player breaking the rules set for the Network, we encourage you to create and submit a Player Report Form. This way we can ensure your and others safety and provide the community with the best experience possible.
I have recently been muted/banned in-game, can I appeal my punishment?
If you have recently been punished in-game, you are welcome to submit a Punishment Appeal Form. Make sure to include a good amount of effort and details!
Does PikaNetwork host in-game events?
PikeNetwork does host events, and quite often! We provide in-game events, as well as Discord events for our community to enjoy. The events you may encounter here in PikaNetwork help players to get more involved within the community, and interact with others. Not only we often host events, though we also provide gift-cards for those who get the opportunity to win any of the TOP places in these events.
