PASSWORD RESET REQUEST INFORMATION
Disclaimer
We do NOT support username changes as PikaNetwork is a cracked Minecraft server. You have to register an account in order to play on our server, also when you are using a premium Minecraft account. When you are asked to log in upon joining for the first time, it means someone else has already registered the account. You are not able to request a password reset in this case and should use a different account name instead.
Information
At PikaNetwork you have the possibility to request a password reset in case you forgot your password or when your account is compromised. You can only do this if you are the one who registered the account on our server. Requesting a password reset for an account you do not own or on behalf of someone else is not possible. Do not lie in your request and double check for typos. Password reset requests for donator accounts can only get accepted upon providing a valid transaction ID. You can find the transaction ID in your payment history by clicking HERE. Please do not persevere and request multiple password resets for the same account after denial. This could lead into a forums ban.
Common denial reasons
(!) You can use the command /resetpassword to change your password if you have linked your email.
