plz help i got banned for no reason and it said that i was using a hacked client and i used...

plz help i got banned for no reason and it said that i was using a hacked client and i used something called forcefield and i got a Ban Apeal and everything and the Pika-network guy sent me a msg and he said i was unbanned and when i logged on i wasnt unbanned!!! plzz help!!!!
