How to make tier 3 potions
You first have to have an Alchemy skill level of 100. Then there is a slight chance that your vanilla potions will be turned to Tier 3. And to upgrade tiers of Custom Potions use crying obsidian as brewing material on any custom potion. (It works on some of them)- xShiddatxPrachix
