alt killing and stat boosting are not something that “happens in every gamemode.” They’re strictly forbidden and punishable as boosting. If you weren’t aware of that, I’d strongly suggest you read the server rules before making claims like that.- Vaitren

Lobby Add a Lobby Kill Leaderboard
Even if it’s just a small leaderboard, it would be very easy to farm. AFK players, people standing around in PvP mode, or even alts would make the stats pointless pretty fast. At that point it’s less about skill and more about who can farm kills the easiest. I’m not against quality-of-life...- Vaitren

After reviewing this suggestion, I’ve decided to downvote it. From my perspective the lobby isn’t really meant to function as a gamemode, and adding a kill leaderboard there would blur that line quite a bit.
