I am Surbate, currently 16 years old and a Sr Mod on PikaNetwork. From March to May 2024, I was also in possession of the YouTube rank, before switching to the staff team.

Q: How do I contact you?
A: The preferred way to contact a staff member is to create a support ticket HERE, however my private messages on Discord and these forums are also open.
Q: I am false banned, what do I do?
A: Instead of creating a regular support ticket, create a punishment appeal HERE.
Q: The server tells me I am using a VPN, but I am not, what do I do?
A: Create a punishment appeal HERE and select the "VPN Blockage" option as the punishment type.
Q: Can you add me as a friend?
A: I do not add friends in-game unless I know them very well. This is to keep my friend list clean with only people I actually consider friends.
